Elizabeth Bialow Pekin is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience helping plaintiffs in personal injury and workers compensation cases. She launched her career working for Strom & Associates in Chicago and transitioned into legal finance where she has built several legal finance companies from the ground up. Recently she started her own firm in Chicago, EBP Law Group, which focuses on connecting lawyers around the country. She is a featured speaker at trial lawyer conferences around the country including Mass Torts Made Perfect and the National Trial Lawyers Annual Summit. She speaks about the Ethics of Legal Funding and provides lawyers CLE credits for both ethics credits and general civil trial credits. She is also a featured speaker at Women’s Caucus events. Her main focus is her family and her business Momentum Funding, a premier national legal finance company with locations in Illinois and Florida.
